Booking a Harpist

Hiring a harpist for your wedding or other special event is as easy as 1, 2, 3! The whole process can be done in about 20 minutes and only requires a device with internet - no printing, scanning, or mailing required.  Everything can be done online at your convenience.

1. Inquiry or a Consultation
The harpist will need to know the details about your event such as date, time, locations and event type.  If it is indoors or outdoors, are stairs involved etc.  You can choose your music, which can be specific song request of just genres that the harpist can choose from.   Getting this info up front is important so the quote can be accurate with no extra fees later.

2.  Contract
The harpist will use the information from the consultation to create contract that you will both sign. For many harpists this is done electronically.

3.  Deposit
Once the contract is sign you will pay a deposit.  This is usually somewhere between $100.00 and 50% of the contract price.  Most harpist accept online payments for convenience.   Check the contract for details on payment methods accepted.
That's it  - you've booked your harpist! Now you can get to the rest of your event planning knowing the music is going to be magical!

Schedule a free no-obligation consultation today to see what harpist a harpist can add to your special event.

Bridal Fair

I was a vendor at the Fraser Valley Wedding Festival on April 8, 2018 at the Coast Hotel in Langley, BC which is attached to the Cascades Casino. I had such an awesome time serenading & chatting with excited brides.   There was was so much to see, from beautiful table arrangements, breath taking flowers, gorgeous wedding dresses and so much more.  It was truly a one stop planning event for upcoming brides. Thanks to everyone who visited my booth and for those who booked me to play for their special event.

Car shopping

Have you ever wonder how a full sized concert harp fits into a car?  Recently we purchased a new car at Prestons GM, in Langley, BC .  With a full sized concert grand harp it is not always easy to know if your harp will fit into the car you are looking for.  Even if the harp fits you still need room for your harp dolly, suitcase full of music, music stand, harp bench, amp and additional gear.  It you can fit your harp in the car and your extra gear, you next have to factor in leg room.  I am 5'8" - not exactly petite like my mother.  What is a person to do?  Simple, you take your harp with you car shopping and load your harp in and out of cars to see if they fit.   Thanks to our awesome salesman Henry Mieszkalski we were able to find our perfect car that fits our needs.
